Vidalista 60 mg (Tadalafil) Vidalista 60 is a substitute for the well-known worldwide drug Cialis, which is used to treat male sexual dysfunction, when the male sex organ does not stiffen or remain rigid enough for the time needed to perform a sexual act. How to take Vidalista 60?

Take this medicine 30 to 60 minutes before sexual activity.

The effects of this medicine may last up to 36 hours.
It can be taken with a meal, but for faster effects we recommend fasting for 1.5 - 2 hours with a small amount of water.
Taking Vidalista 60 together with alcohol may cause erectile dysfunction and weaken the active properties of the drug. Alcohol may also lower blood pressure and cause dizziness.
Taking Vidalista 60 and citrus juice at the same time may cause a sudden increase in blood flow throughout the body, so it is best not to take these juices 48 hours before.
The recommended dose is 10 mg, taking more than 20 mg does not increase the effect.
The amount may be reduced if the effect is too strong.
It is not recommended to take this medication more often than 36 hours.

Possible side effects

- some antibiotics
- phenobarbital, phenytoin, carbamazepine
- 5 alpha-reductase inhibitors (used to treat an enlarged prostate)
- medicines like ketoconazole tablets
- other medicines for high blood pressure
