Super Carefil 80 mg contains 60 mg dapoxetine, 20 mg tadalafil. Dapoxetine is the active ingredient in the better known drug Priligy, which belongs to a group of drugs called selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs). SSRIs help prevent premature ejaculation. Tadalafil is a member of the group of type 5 phosphodiesterase inhibitors, better known as Cialis active substance, for the treatment of male sexual dysfunction, where the male sex organ does not stiffen, does not remain rigid enough to perform a sexual act for the time needed. How to take Super Carefil 80?

The unchewed tablet should be taken about 30 to 60 minutes before sexual activity.

It can be taken with a meal, but for faster effects we recommend taking it 1.5 - 2 hours before a meal with a small amount of water.

Taking Super Carefil 80 with alcohol may cause erectile dysfunction and weaken the active properties of the drug. Alcohol may also lower blood pressure and cause dizziness.

Taking Super Carefil 80 and citrus juice at the same time may cause an unexpected increase in blood flow throughout the body, so it is best not to take these juices within 48 hours before.

The amount taken may be reduced if the effect is too strong.

It is not recommended to take this medicine more often than every 36 hours.

- antidepressants
- some antibiotics
- phenobarbital, phenytoin, carbamazepine
- 5 alpha-reductase inhibitors (used to treat an enlarged prostate)
- medicines like ketoconazole tablets
- other medicines for high blood pressure
