According to the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, quality food supplements, medicines and sex products are not exchangeable or returnable, but we always take care of our customers and find the best solution for them.

We replace or refund faulty goods. Goods are considered to be faulty if they are past their expiry date, if they contain ingredients prohibited by law, if the consistency of the goods or other essential characteristics of the goods are altered due to improper storage conditions prior to their transfer to the buyer, if the goods are mechanically damaged, if their packaging is damaged, or if there are any other defects in their quality.

You have the right to return defective goods to us by withdrawing from the contract of sale. To exercise this right, please inform us of the withdrawal from the contract of sale:

- no later than 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods to you, by submitting a free-form signed request to info@viagra24.lt setting out your decision to withdraw from the contract and to return or exchange the goods received;

- the returned goods must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as received;

- we will contact you to arrange the method of return. We will cover the cost of returning faulty goods after we have assessed the returned goods;

- we transfer the funds for the returned goods to the bank account specified by the Buyer;
